If you’re not happy with your Moremay products, you can return them within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014. Here’s what you need to know:

• Inform Moremay Cosmetics of your intent to return the products within 14 days of delivery by emailing [email protected]
• You’ll receive a full refund for the cost of the products.
• Return the products to Moremay Cosmetics at Sienkiewicza 37, 02-200 Malbork within 14 days of your withdrawal notice. Moremay Cosmetics may withhold your refund until they receive the returned products.
• You’re responsible for any decrease in value of the products due to handling them beyond what’s necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functionality.
• Products must be returned in their original packaging, with all labels, instructions, and protective materials intact. The packaging box must remain unopened.
• You won’t be able to return products that have been removed from their packaging for hygiene reasons.
